Terms & Returns

These terms apply to Prismatic Pavilion's website and the made-to-order items we sell. Purchases are completed through our Etsy shop and are also subject to Etsy's own buyer policies and terms.

Made-to-order & personalized items

Most of our products are printed on demand and many are personalized with your custom text. Because each item is produced specifically for you after you order, we begin production shortly after purchase. Please review your size, color, and personalization details carefully before ordering — especially the exact spelling of any names or wording, which we print as submitted.

Returns & exchanges

The short version: Personalized and made-to-order items generally cannot be returned or exchanged for buyer's-remorse reasons. But if your item arrives defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly on our end, we will make it right — contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Defects & printing errors: If there's a flaw in the product or a printing mistake (wrong design, misprint, damaged item, or an error versus what you ordered), message us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or a refund.
Personalization typos: We print personalization exactly as you submit it. If the error is in the details you provided, we may not be able to offer a free replacement, but message us — we'll do our best to help.
Buyer's remorse / change of mind: Because items are custom-made just for you, we generally can't accept returns simply for a change of mind. Please order carefully.
Sizing: Check the size chart on the listing before ordering. We can't accept returns for ordering the wrong size, but we're happy to answer sizing questions before you buy.

To start a return, replacement, or refund request, message us through Etsy and include your order number and photos where relevant. Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method through Etsy.

Order processing & shipping

Production and shipping times are shown on each listing. Made-to-order production adds time before shipping. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays are outside our control. Once an order ships, tracking is provided through Etsy where available.

Cancellations & changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, message us as soon as possible. We may be able to help if production hasn't started, but we cannot guarantee changes once an item enters production.

Intellectual property

All original artwork, characters, designs, and content shown on this site and our listings belong to Prismatic Pavilion and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission. Custom text you supply is your responsibility — by submitting it you confirm you have the right to use it and that it isn't unlawful or infringing.

Limitation of liability

Our products and website are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
